WOW, where do I start? I remember when this first came out, I was so excited that we had this tool at our disposal. I am an old school director and I use this resource for a variety of things - it is my ‘go to’ when I need to place a job ad. It is my resource for any and all things that come my way and I am at a mental block for how to deal with it. The HR and forms are a huge help. I sometimes just get on it to see what I am missing in the trending topics.
